plants to prevent bacterial outgrowth.  It is available in both normal and concentrated versions.  
The concentrated version must be mixed with water prior to use.

pHresh 10.0 is a liquid acidifier with little or no acidic taste and has multiple uses and applications.  pHresh 10.0 is a 10
Normal food acid that is ideally suited to control microbiological activity in all acidified foods, bakery items, pastas, ready-to-eat
meals, pet-food, sauces, and dressings.  
pHresh 10.0 is made from GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) food
ingredients with typical usage levels of 0.25% to 3.0% depending on each particular application.  It allows for preservation of
high moisture, high water activity products because of its excellent anti-microbial properties.
pHresh 10.0 is produced in
Kosher certified facilities.  The FDA requires it to be labeled as "acidic calcium sulfate".  
pHresh 10.0 is produced from FCC
grade raw materials sources from qualified vendors.   
pHresh 10.0 is available in volumes of 5 gallons, 55 gallons (drum),
275 gallons (bulk tote), and tanker trucks.
